Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach electric and acoustic guitar in all styles but specifically vintage Americana such as blues, rockabilly, rock, rock n roll, country, swing, alternative, punk rock and pop etc.

How much do you charge?
I charge 11 pounds for half hour and 20 pounds for an hour when lessons are conducted out of my own home in Great Barr or at your home within the North Birmingham area. I have full CRB clearance and parents of children are more than welcome to sit in on the lesson should they so desire.
Do you have a personal message for students?
Playing guitar should be fun so my methods for learning are aimed at getting you to play straight away with a fast simple approach to music. Once you have got a basic idea of the skills and techniques involved in playing the guitar then we start expanding and delving deeper into musical styles, tricks and tips, improvising and many other ways of getting the sound you hear in your head to come out of your hands and your guitar. So if you are a complete beginner looking to get started or someone who wants to tackle a new style, I have a lesson plan for you.
