- I graduated from St. Catherine's College, Oxford with a BA in English Language and Literature. I have A Levels in English, Clаssicаl Civilisаtiоn аnd Histоry (аll A grаde) and 10 GCSEs (аll аt A* grаde).
I also have a youth helpline qualification that includes active listening. - What kind of experience do you have?
- I have over two years' full-time experience in the education and tutoring sector. I have taught students aged 11-18 years old in this country and abroad. My most recent role was as COO for an organisation that specialised in supporting students applying for Oxbridge and Russell group universities. I designed and delivered preparation workshops to some of the most prestigious schools in the country.
- How much do you charge?
- I charge £25-30 per hour which includes travel expenses and handouts. I am willing to discuss discounts for households with multiple children and group lessons.
- Where do you teach?
- I provide in-home tuition anywhere in London zones 1-6 and further afield by request. I am also able to provide tuition in professional meeting rooms in central London (additional fee of £10 p/h). All of my tuition is highly personalised and interactive.
- When are you available?
- My current availability is everyday apart from Sunday. I have slots available during the day, evening and school holidays.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
- I teach students aged 11-18 year olds from KS3 through GCSE up to Degree Level. I also offer help with all aspects of University applications including SAT.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
- GCSE English, GCSE English Language, GCSE English Literature - OCR, AQA, Edexcel
AS Level - English Language and/or English Literature- OCR, AQA, Edexcel

- I have a current Enhanced CRB Check- copy on request.
- Describe your arrangements for online tutoring.
- I use Skype with a webcam for online tutoring and also offer email support.
- Tell me about some of your current students.
- I currently tutor three 15 year old students in GCSE English (new OCR specification). I have been working with two of the students for two years and both of them were moved into a higher English class at school as a result of my work with them. All of my students have English as their second language.
I'm also preparing to tutor a 18 year old student for A2 Level English Language and Literature. - Do you have a personal message for students?
