I'm a recording artist signed to Universal and singing is my life and my career. If you're looking to be more confident and proficient in your singing and general musicality, I'm here to help.
Which subject(s) do you teach?
Singing. Jazz, Pop, Classical technique, Harmony, Theory.
Tell me about your qualifications.
I studied at Trinity College of Music in London on a Jazz Vocal Perfomance BMus (Hons) degree.
What kind of experience do you have?
Nearly 8 years of gigging internationally and the same as a signed recording artist. I have taught privately for the last 3 years and have been a guest tutor at LCCM (London College of Contemporary Music) doing one to one lessons as well as phrasing and stylistic classes too.
How much do you charge?
£40 per hour.
£30 1 hr initial consultation fee.
*A lower hourly fee can be negotiated if booking and paying for block sessions in advance.
Where do you teach?
From my home in the Hackney, London Fields, Bethnal Green, Cambridge Heath, Dalston, East London area.
When are you available?
I am fairly flexible. Please enquire.
Which ages and levels do you teach?
Beginners and up.
Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
I can offer guidance to pupils preparing for any vocal exams, including those auditioning for music colleges/conservatoires etc, though I do not submit students for exams personally.
Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?
No.

Beyond Vocals, The Puppini Sisters, Musicians Union, PPL, PRS, MCPS.

Tell me about some of your current students.
I am currently teaching a number people at varying levels, how to get the best from their overall vocal performance.
Do you have a personal message for students?
I love to sing and I love teaching other people how to sing. I find it an immensely rewarding part of my job as a musician. As well as teaching, my work with The Puppini Sisters has seen me signed to Universal records for over 6 years and our work has taken me all over the world; from The Royal Variety Show to the U.S, to Russia, to Thailand, each performance and recording, it's own unique experience. Aside from The Puppini Sisters, I have individually performed at the likes of Ronnie Scotts, The 606 Club and am an active member of the brilliant swing dance scene in London with a fantastic big band called King Candy and The Sugar Push. I have a huge bank of recording, performance and harmony-based experience to share with bright and dedicated people who want to learn to enjoy their voices to the best of their ability, and then some...
