Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach instrumental piano tuition on a one-to-one basis.

Tell me about your qualifications.
I am a fully qualified piano teacher having read a Bachelor of Music (Hons) at Napier University Edinburgh, graduated with First Class and an MMus in piano performance at Trinity College of Music, London.

What kind of experience do you have?
For the past six years I have developed a diverse experience of teaching music, working with pupils from across the age range and whose abilities range from beginner up to an advanced level. My lessons are taiIored around each of my pupil's individual needs setting objectives to be achieved from week to week. I have also been involved in teaching groups and running week-long beginners' creative workshops for children.

How much do you charge?

Where do you teach?
I am based in Blackheath and teach privately from home where I have a very well presented piano studio with a new Kawai upright piano.

When are you available?
I teach privately on most weekdays afternoon till evening.  I will provide a weekly slot which is agreed between me and the pupil prior to lessons begin. To find out what available slots I have at the moment please email me on info@marcellezahra.com

Which ages and levels do you teach?
My pupils vary from across the age range of 5 years old up to adults, and their abilities range from absolute beginners to advanced levels such as Grade 8 and Diploma level.

Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
Trinity Guildhall Grade exams but some are also on the ABRSM programmes, depending on the individual's preference.

Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?
Yes I am CRB checked.
