- What kind of experience do you have?
I have been teaching now for 7 years and I am the Head of Department for Mathematics in a secondary school in London. I have had excellent results and have achieved outstanding in all my lesson observations in the last 4 years. Some students have been able to progress from an E to a B in less than 4 months!

As a Head of Mathematics I am highly skilled in ensuring that children succeed and fulfil their potential in mathematics, using a variety of techniques including games, puzzles, whiteboards to make sure you understand why - not just how!
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach Maths and Spanish.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
My studies include a BA in Modern Languages (Spanish, French and Chinese), a BSc in Mathematics and Physics (in process of completion), a PGCE in Mathematics and a MA in Education with particular reference to Mathematics.
- How much do you charge?
I charge £60 (A level), £50 (GCSE), £50 (KS3) an hour.
No charge for travel when lessons are for more than 2 hours and within 30 minutes travel time. Please contact me to discuss.

Nearby locations include (not exclusively) Dulwich, Clapham, Battersea, Balham, Victoria, Kensington, Canada Water, Stockwell, Oval, Kennington, Brixton, Denmark Hill, Peckham, Camberwell, Elephant and Castle, Rotherhithe and Wandsworth.

- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I have taught Key stage 3, 4 and 5 for 7 years (students that are 11-18 years old). Of the Key Stage 5 modules teach Core 1, Core 2 and Mechanics 1. However, I also worked in primary schools when I lived in China and so I am able to teach ages of 7-11.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
I can prepare students for key stage 3 assessments, GCSEs and AS levels. However, it is also beneficial to have a tutor to fill in any gaps in understanding throughout the year rather than waiting for an assessment.
