About Alexander
- What kind of experience do you have?
I have over 10 years of experience as a high school Maths and Science tutor, both in private 1-to-1 settings and in 3-to-1 settings in a tutoring centre. I have 5 years experience in preparing students for the SAT for American College Admissions. I have experience as an acting teacher for children and teenagers, and as an acting coach for audition preparation.

I am a Maths/Science Tutor with over 10 years of experience. I am also a working professional actor. I specialize in tutoring creative students who think that being artistic and being mathematical are mutually exclusive; I serve as a counter-example!

I tutor Maths and Science up to and including GCSE.
I prepare students for the SAT for US College Admissions.
I am an acting and speech coach.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I have an undergraduate degree in Maths and Music (Opera) from UBC in Vancouver, Canada. I also have an MA in Classical Acting from LAMDA.
- How much do you charge?
I charge £30/hour for lessons in my home, and £35/hour for lessons at the student's home or other location. The initial lesson is 50% longer, but charged at the regular price.
- Where do you teach?
I can teach from my home in Chiswick. I can also travel to the student's home around West London.
- When are you available?
I am currently available on weekday evenings (after 4pm) and weekend daytimes (10am-6pm).
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I teach up to age 16, and up to and including GCSE.
