About Nathan
- What kind of experience do you have?
I have worked in the music department of a school in Nantes, France, as a teaching and rehearsal assistant, and I have been tutoring privately for the past few years.

I mostly teach students and young adults who enjoy the saxophone as a hobby and wish to advance their playing.

I have experience teaching both one-to-one and in a classroom setting. I believe in getting the most out of my students by tailoring lessons to make them challenging, rewarding, and most importantly, fun.
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach the saxophone and music theory.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I have a 1st class degree in musicology from the University of Manchester (MusB Hons) and an ATCL qualification on the saxophone. I'm about to embark on a masters in performance course at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
- How much do you charge?
The first introductory lesson is £10, thereafter £25. When travelling to students I charge the cost of travel.
- Where do you teach?
I am happy to teach from home or at the student's house. Most areas in London are possible - please ask! I teach in the Covent Garden area.
- When are you available?
Weekdays from 3pm-8pm.
Weekends 3pm-6pm.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
All levels and ages welcome from complete beginner to advanced.
