About Naomi
- What kind of experience do you have?
I have extensive experience working with 5-11 year olds. Currently I work for Arty Party and Hackney Pirates facilitating arts and crafts activities
I have taught adults at The Princes Drawing School as well as initiating my own workshops in my studio. My workshops are designed to be inclusive and enjoyable, encouraging participation from people of all cultures, ages and abilities.

- Tell me about some of your current students.
I am employed by a local family to give one-to-one art lessons to their 14-year-old daughter . I helped her to create a portfolio and to apply for an art scholarship to the Dragon school in Oxford, which was successful.

I focus on giving my students the space, freedom, support and materials to explore the joy of painting. Painting is a way of thinking, a meaningful and profound way to express your self, especially in an age of touch screens and virtual realities.
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
My specialisms are Painting, Drawing and Printmaking.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I am a dedicated artist and have a strong painting practice of my own. I am passionate about inspiring others and helping them explore their creativity.
I studied at Camberwell College of Arts and at the Princes Drawing School. In September, I begin an MA at Glasgow School of Art.
I also have City and Guilds Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) Award.

£20 per hour.

I teach in my studio in Stoke Newington, North East London. I can travel to teach at students' homes.
