- What kind of experience do you have?
I have tutored privately for many years, and also teach at different schools throughout Greater London.
As a player I have performed throughout the UK and abroad at venues including London's Royal Festival Hall, Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club, King's Place etc etc.
- Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate?

I trained at the Royal Academy of Music under Gerard Presencer.

I teach trumpet, cornet and other brass instruments at all levels from beginner to advanced. Being experienced in many different styles of playing I can help you progress with any kind of music which you have an interest in.
I also tutor GCSE and A Level Music.
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach trumpet (jazz and classical), cornet and other brass instruments. I also teach the music theory grades.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I graduated from the University of Oxford with a Ba(Hons) in Music and then went on to complete my Mmus (Masters) in music at the Royal Academy of Music, specialising in jazz trumpet.
- How much do you charge?
I charge £30 p/h, or £20 for half an hour.
- Where do you teach?
I teach at from my home in London N4 normally, but visits to the house of my pupils can also be arranged.
- When are you available?
My availability is variable but I strive to accommodate the timetable of my students.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
All ages and all levels.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
All Associated Board and Trinity Exams, if requested.
