About Stuart
- What kind of experience do you have?
I have 14 years experience working professionally as an opera singer and voice teacher.
I have been very fortunate to have had the opportunity to sing on a professional level and work along side amazing directors, conductors, choreographers, language and movement specialists. My work has taken me across the UK to Ireland, Japan and Australia.
I have a strong theatrical knowledge base and believe I am well placed to offer advice and guidance to singers of all levels. From my own training I have gained invaluable vocal technique training which is perfect for good vocal health and is adaptable across all the musical genres.
My training over the years has been both broad and varied and includes musical theatre, art song, German lieder, French song, Oratorio, choral, 20th century, folk and traditional song and opera.
I have also trained extensively in stage craft, dance, movement (for singers), Alexander technique, drama and character development.
