- Tell me about some of your current students.

I love nothing more than to see my students really progress and to achieve the very best they can. I accomplish this by drawing up an individual learning plan for my students, and providing motivational mentoring to assist them in achieving their educational goals. I am currently working on ABRSM exams and I personally think that it's such a great opportunity to show talent, ambition and to give young people a chance to perform, develop and make their dreams come true. It's important to me that students can also audition at public appearances and learn to express themselves musically; any concert performance promotes the confidence of the student to find an emotional and personal access to their playing. I think organizing a concert of my piano class is very important, as we all learn from this vital stage. My personal strengths such as creativity, patience and passion for music are what I endeavor to bring into any piano lesson and I aspire to develop each and every student musically.

My current teaching goals are to provide a solid educational music appreciation in all of my students and a well-rounded learning experience for them, such as the importance of an unwavering and accurate reading and understanding of the musical score. It's very important to analyze the students in order to define their individual needs.

Many teachers put a great deal of pressure on their students which I believe is fundamentally wrong; freedom of obligation is what I always strive for, after all playing the piano should not be an obligation, it should also be fun! I aim to always try to capture their interests and imagination.

I strongly believe every teacher is responsible in finding different opportunities to demonstrate their students' musical knowledge and potential in piano competitions or to perform in concerts.
