I am a Greek native speaker and I teach modern Greek for all ages and levels. I teach small groups of 3-4 people and I also deliver one to one tailored lessons.
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
'Greece in a nutshell': Greek lessons with guidance on travelling to Greece. You learn the basics of the Greek language in the context of modern Greek culture. Useful tips to deal with holiday transactions (restaurants transport etc.). Insider information about the Greek islands and how to travel off the beaten track.
Duration : 10 hours.
Modern Greek GCSE 'O' level equivalent. Group lessons or one to one tuition.
GCSE 'A' level equivalent level : One to one tuition.

Degree in Food Science (University of Athens)
MSc in Aquaculture Management (University of Stirling)
- How much do you charge?
Group lessons : £ 6 / hr
Individual lessons : £ 10 / hr
GCSE equivalent : £ 20 / hr
- Where do you teach?
I teach at home in Lancaster, Samuel Court, Ashton Road, LA1 5FG (further up from the hospital). I can also teach at your home on request (It depends on where you are based).
For groups of more than 4 people, lessons can be delivered at Lancaster library.
I am also in a position to travel on request to the following areas:
Carnforth, Warton, Silverdale, Halton, Wray, Caton, Dolphinholme, Arkholme, Galgate, Glasson Dock, Hornby, Over Kellet, Nether Kellet, Quernmore, Wray, Morecambe and Heysham, Kirkby Lonsdale, Kendal. There is an extra cost of £ 5/ hr for travelling from my home.
