About Youness
- What kind of experience do you have?
I have been tutoring for the last four years students of all ages, from children to adults, although the majority of them were High School students. In Italy I have tutored in Maths, English and Physics, whilst last year in London I tutored in Maths and Italian.
Moreover, while in High School I helped the other teachers organize special both revision classes and advanced classes for those students that wanted to excel in their grades or be competitive in the Maths Olympiads, with sometimes students coming from more schools in my city.

Yes.
- Where and with whom did you train?
During my years of studies in the Liceo Scientifico in Naples, I loved preparing myself for the Maths National Olympiads. Every year I attended intensive Stages held by the very prestigious Normale di Pisa. Moreover, back in Naples, I had the opportunity to teach preparatory classes in the Accademia Pontaniana under the supervision of its president Carlo Sbordone, a really important personality in the Italian Mathematics community.

I love Mathematics and Languagages and I enjoy teaching, helping students achieve their full potential. I have had a lot of experience in Maths competitions, winning several medals and awards. My dream is to become a Maths Lecturer and Researcher.
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach Maths, Further Maths and Italian Language at A-Level; Maths and Italian Language at GCSE and Key Stage 3 level.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I just completed my second year of studies at UCL studying Mathematics with Modern Languages, German in my case. This year is going to be for me a Gap Year before I complete my UG at UCL and then move to Germany for a Masters.
I finished the Italian Liceo Scientifico with a 100% grade.
- How much do you charge?
I charge £25/hr for A-level Maths, Further Maths and GCSE Maths.
£20/hr for A-level Italian Language;
£20/hr for KS3 Maths and Italian Language;
£20/hr for Higher level Italian Language.
- Where do you teach?
I teach in Edinburgh and more specifically around East Lothian, Fife, Midlothian, Scottish Borders, West Lothian
- When are you available?
I am available every weekday all day and weekends.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
Key stage 3 through to A-Level for Maths, age 11-19;
Any level for Italian Language, age 7+.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
Mainly GCSEs and A-level exams.
