- Dear Prospective Parent/Student My name is Sanam Arora and I have been an independent tutor and teacher for 11+ and A-level Economics for the last 3 years. I am based at the London School of Economics.

- Economics, 11+ Maths, Verbal & Non -Verbal Reasoning and English.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
- I am pursuing Operational Research at the London School of Economics, with specialist modules in Economics. I achieved 3 As at A-Level with an average of 95% in Economics.
- What kind of experience do you have?
- I have over four years experience in private tutoring and educational consultancy. I have previously and continue to work for Regent Independent College in Harrow preparing students for 11+ examinations and for A-level Economics. I also offer UCAS advisory services including help with applications and course choices.
- How much do you charge?
- My rates start at £30/hour. Discounts can be arranged for group lessons.
- Where do you teach?
- I teach from home or at the student's home. I am based in Harrow and Holborn but willing to travel to nearby areas including Pinner, Wealdstone, Kenton, Wembley, Uxbridge, Hounslow, Hayes, Hillingdon. During the week I am based in Holborn and willing to travel to nearby areas.
- When are you available?
- Evenings on Weekdays and Weekends.

- Year 3 -5, 11+ and 13+ Entrance Exams, GCSE, A Levels

- 11+ & 13+ Entrance Examinations, GCSEs and A-level Exams.

- Tell me about some of your current students.
- I tutor students from a wide spectrum - Independent, Grammar and State schools. Each student has an Individual Plan tailored to their requirements. Students are pursuing both retakes and first sessions. In the past my students have secured places and offers from top universities such as LSE, Cambridge, UCL and Kings etc. 11+ students have similarly secured places at top independent and grammar schools including Haberdashers, North London Collegiate, Watford Grammar, Queen Elizabeth's, and Merchant Taylors among others.

The key to success in examinations is mastering the relevant exam techniques. I adopt a dual bend approach to my teaching and help students understand the concepts whilst at the same time understand the correct application of the concept in the required exam style. I adopt my teaching style to suit individual students in order to get the best outcome. I am willing to take on all serious students. No time wasters please.
