- Personal Message
- I am an enthusiastic young and energetic tutor who loves to work with students of all ages according to their needs. My lessons are very fun and interactive, concentrating on the practical understanding of the subject matter.
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
- Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, all up to degree level.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
- GCSE ( 9 A*s)
A'levels (4 A*s at A2 in Maths, Economics, Sociology, English)
BSc Economics and Management (London School Of Economics)
MSc Economics (Royal Holloway- 2012) - What kind of experience do you have?
- Teaching has always been an appealing field for me. I have been working towards this career since many years and it has certainly been an invaluable experience. I have been providing home tuition from in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, English language to students up to GCSE. Over the last 4 years, I have been providing home tuition to students, especially to those who were academically weak. I previously undertook the active role of a student mentor where I helped students who were facing difficulties in Maths and Economics. This helped me attain the necessary skills and confidence and built on my enthusiasm towards the field of teaching.
I have taught many students who were not able to perform well in Maths and Economics at Degree Level. However, my teaching techniques have not only removed their fear of maths but now many of these students love these subjects and are pursuing higher studies in this field. I assure you that your doubts relating to mathematics and economic related subjects will be resolved after our learning sessions together.
I will put my heart and soul into helping you to improve your academic abilities, but I cannot do it alone. I need your commitment to learn. I will be there to assist you, but it will require real effort on your part in order to secure your success. - How much do you charge?
- I charge £10 for each extra student and travelling costs if distance is greater than 1 mile. I charge £15 for the first consultation lesson.
- Where do you teach?
- I can teach at my place (Harrow, Stanmore) or can alternatively visit students anywhere in London but connected by public transport. This includes Wembley Park, Baker Street, Edgware road, Knightsbridge, South Kensington, Earls Court, Oxford Circus, Marble arch, Euston etc.

E1, White Chapel, E2, Bethnal Green, E3, Bow, E8, Shoreditch, E9, Victoria park, E14, Canary Wharf - When are you available?
- I am available most of the week which includes weekdays, weekends, mornings and evenings. No time constraints at all.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
- A'levels (or equivalent), GCSE, University foundation courses, Undergraduate Level, Postgraduate Level. I teach mature students too, so no limit on ages
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
- A'levels (or equivalent), GCSE, University foundation courses, Degree Level
- Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate?
- Yes
- Tell me about some of your current students.
- I am currently teaching Economics and Mathematics to a few undergraduate students as well as some postgraduate ones. Being through the `student` stage myself a couple of years back, I have a very strong idea of the issues and challenges that the students face today. I have been through the education system and have an in depth knowledge of the problems for which I have my own developed and learned from others solutions. I have learned lots of techniques and ways to minimise problems in academics and achieve the dreamy grades easily.
- Do you have a personal message for students?
- I believe there is a need to work on grass root concepts and the student himself naturally gets to the top. Let's take the journey of learning together! A step in the right direction is the first step towards future success. Congratulations on taking the first step by seeking a tutor. We will overcome your difficulties in mathematics and economics together as a team. With me as your tutor, you will come to enjoy studying and will remain motivated because I relate everything to real life examples to what the student actually understands.
I am a teacher who understands the way students think and perceive, this assists me in making Economics and Mathematics understandable for them. Looking forward to meeting you!
