- ESOL - ESOL & SpLD's -Adult Literacy & Numeracy - Trainee Dyslexia Tutor
- Tell me about your qualifications.
- CELTA - City&Guilds PTLLS Cert - Currently taking a PgC. in Teaching Adult Dyslexic Learners in Higher & Further Education (part of an MA in SpLD's)
- What kind of experience do you have?
- ESOL on a one-to-one basis & in groups - ESOL with SpLD's - Adult SpLD's - Adult literacy and/or numeracy skills for employment - Writing tailored procedures & curriculum
- How much do you charge?
- £25 per hour for zones 1 & 2 £30 per hour for zones 3 & 4 £35 per hour for zones 5 & 6 . The Initial Assessment to determine your level is free. Lessons are paid for in advance. I can organise block booked lessons of 20 hours split over two weeks.
- Where do you teach?
- Lessons will be in your own home or work place. I travel to all areas around London. I can teach remotely via Skype and email if necessary.
- When are you available?
- Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
- 14 years+ * Pre-entry (basic) to Level 2 (advanced) * Students over 16 will need to provide a personal reference from a tutor or employer.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
- IELTS - Trinity Cert. - ESOL SFL - City&Guilds ESOL - City&Guilds SFL - Citizenship - GCSE English levels 1/2
- Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?
- Yes, dated 12th April 2012.
