Tell me about your qualifications.
I am a graduate of the Warsaw Conservatory

I grew up in Lodz, Poland, and started playing the violin at age 6. After studying at the Warsaw Conservatory I moved to Prague. I have lived and worked in England as a professional violinist since 1994 playing in numerous bands in a variety of styles ranging from Hot Club Jazz to Gaelic to Hungarian Gypsy music. I perform as well as teach, and am a founding member of the Amber players, leader of Dunajska Kapelye, a Gypsy/Balkan group, and fiddle player in Shir, a klezmer band.

What kind of experience do you have?
I have a rich experience of teaching both adults and children: I have been a full-time tutor at the East London Late Starters Orchestra (ELLSO) for over 10 years and have worked in various schools in and around Oxford for a similar amount of time. I also have private students who have been awarded music scholarships to secondary schools, passed exams with flying colours, and been awarded places on Pro Corda and National Children's Orchestra.

How much do you charge?
£32/hour at the Matrix Arts Centre

When are you available?
Most weekday evenings, Friday daytime, and some weekends.

All ages and all levels up to conservatoire standard, including beginners.
