I had 3 singing lessons with Matthew so far. He is so talented and such an amazing teacher! I get bored very easily but he has a great dynamic pace so I love our sessions because we get to do loads without it feeling heavy or dull. He is very intuitive and empathetic too, and knows very well how to support me and when to push me or challenge me. I'm quite brainy so I really appreciate that he explains things so well. I'm learning loads and my confidence has increased so much already thanks to him. Can't recommend enough.

So so pleased we chose Elspeth. Daughter just had A’level exam today and it went really well, she said Elspeth’s help, advice and exam pointers were brilliant. So pleased!!! Phew!!! As well as that, we’ve found Elspeth to be kind, friendly and reliable. Highly recommend.

Caroline has a teacher's instinct. She can identify both strengths and weaknesses at the right time, and give just the kind of support and encouragement for both. As a teacher myself, I know that this is not so common a skill. She knows how to help you to follow on the interests you have in a new language, and, with guided exercises, to shape them into strong foundations for future learning. I think these skills must come out of a well-earned sense of the difficulty, and also the rewards of learning a new language. A teacher that understands this is a great guide.
